Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If items are in production, it can take up to 10 business days.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All the orders ship from Bellingham, Washington, so it depends on where you live.
For US domestic shipping, when shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS , it usually takes anywhere between 2 - 5 business days (in addition to the 1-3 day processing time).
However, during the high volume season, e.g. Christmas time, it may take 2-3 additional days. So please plan ahead, or choose one of the expedited shipping options. (*Please note USPS shipping time is not guaranteed. Once the package goes out, I can't make them deliver any faster. I wish I could!)
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, no. I wish I could but due to the size and weight of the paintings and posters, the shipping prices can be significant depending on size and location.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from trueREDbetty! If what you receive from me does not exceed your expectations, please contact me immediately (within a maximum of 14 days from delivery). I will happily work with you so that we can find a solution together--whether it be in the form of a replacement, refund, or adjustment.
I accept returns for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of delivery date. Please note, I cannot offer refunds on shipping costs or custom orders unless there has been an error on my part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please add tracking when shipping an item back to me. I cannot be responsible for lost returns. Once I receive the item back and verify the condition, I will contact you and issue your refund within 3 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To return your product, I can either send you a pre-paid shipping label, or you can mail it with your own postage. Please remember to include tracking/delivery confirmation (and insurance, as desired). Please mail your return to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is not due to an error on my part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
