Shipping & Returns


All orders ship via USPS or UPS within approximately 3-7 business days. Shipping pricing calculated at checkout.  Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within about 2-5 days (in addition to the 3-7 days processing time).  

During the high volume season, e.g. Christmas time, it may take 2-3 additional days. We make every effort to ship as soon as possible but please plan ahead or choose an expedited shipping options. *Note USPS shipping time is not guaranteed. 

trueREDbetty is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Customer is responsible for any extra shipment charges if item is returned because of a wrong address.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, but we are not responsible for packages once they have shipped. 


Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, no.  Due to the size and weight of the paintings and posters, the shipping prices can be significant depending on size and location and are calculated during checkout.  


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from trueREDbetty!   If what you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact me immediately (within 14 days of delivery). We have a 14-day return policy*, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in NEW / UNUSED condition in its original packaging. Items not returned in this manner, or items that have been damaged are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be made for the product amount only (shipping & return shipping charges are not refundable) using the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards.  Please contact us at if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
